Acceptable Use Policy

Hotel Lobby AI is an independent AI image and video tool. These rules apply to uploaded photos, template media, generation instructions, generated results and use of the service. Use only material you are entitled to process and obtain the depicted person's permission where required. AI generation does not supply missing photo, likeness, music or trademark rights.

Prohibited content and conduct

1. Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate depictions, sexual exploitation or sexual depictions of real people.
2. Violence / gore: graphic injury, torture, threats, glorification of violence or material that facilitates harm or self-harm.
3. Hate: content attacking or dehumanizing people on the basis of protected characteristics, extremist promotion or targeted harassment.
4. Child sexual abuse and unsafe child content (CSAM): sexualization, exploitation or abuse of minors, or attempts to create or distribute such material. Do not upload suspected illegal material in a report.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive depictions, fraud, fabricated endorsements or unauthorized use of a person's likeness. Do not present an AI performance as authentic footage of someone who did not perform it. Depicting a public figure is not automatically permitted.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized copyrighted photos, footage, songs, characters or logos, misleading brand affiliation or counterfeit promotion. Users must obtain any rights needed for audio added after download.

Do not evade verification, quotas, ownership checks, content restrictions or account controls. Do not use private asset links to expose someone else's creation. The service must not be used for unlawful or exploitative purposes.

Safety controls and current availability

The existing image integration requests its provider safety checker, and the image/video adapters handle provider content-policy rejections. These controls do not establish a complete platform review of inputs, instructions and outputs across the categories above.

SeeAPI image, video and text review has been integrated and tested in restricted operator checks. It is enabled for live generation. The live-generation workflow checks input media and assembled instructions before submitting a generation request, then holds results privately until review passes. Blocked content, missing or invalid review results, timeouts and unavailable review do not release a result to the user.

The current text classifier checks sexual content, unsafe sexual content involving minors, violence, hate, harassment and self-harm. Image/video review checks NSFW and special-care categories; videos use sampled frames, not every frame. This is not verified coverage of visual violence, gore or hate symbols, and it does not prove age, consent, identity or copyright permission. Waffo scans the assembled prompt before generation. Additional visual checks and provider data-handling terms remain under review; the available controls do not guarantee detection of every prohibited image or video. We do not claim that all past uploads or results were scanned or manually approved.

There is no public user gallery in this release. User creations remain private. Public template material requires an authorization declaration and approval before publication; approval is not proof that all third-party rights have been independently verified.

Report a concern

Email support@hotellobbyai.me with the subject Content safety report. Signed-in users can also use Support tickets; tickets are stored for administrator handling and do not depend on email delivery.

Describe the concern and include the creation or order identifier if it is yours, or a public page URL where relevant. Do not send passwords, payment details, private signed links, private photos or suspected illegal media. A rights complaint should identify the work, the disputed use, your connection to the rights holder and a way to contact you. We may ask for limited additional information through the support channel.

The support mailbox is configured but email delivery testing remains pending. No response deadline is promised. Reports must be checked by the operator; the site does not claim to run a staffed round-the-clock review service.

Review and enforcement

An administrator can inspect an identified task with authorized access, examine task events and remove a creation through the existing administration tools. Confirmed problematic content can be removed, which revokes application access and requests storage deletion. A pending report or missing information is not an automatic finding that a violation occurred.

There is no automatic policy-strike, account-ban or credit-confiscation system in this release. We do not promise those measures or claim that a report has been handled merely because it was submitted. Financial corrections and cash refunds follow the refund policy, not an automatic penalty stated here.

If you believe a decision was mistaken, reply through the same ticket or email channel with the relevant identifier and an explanation. The operator can re-examine the decision; deleted or expired media may not be recoverable.
