Compare the same Standard specification when reading per-video prices. HD is not a verified premium entitlement. Existing catalog IDs and purchased balances keep their original meaning. Pack and subscription prices are listed above. Standard videos cost 100 credits for 5 seconds or 200 credits for 10 seconds.
Purchased and cycle credits
Purchased one-time and top-up credits have no scheduled expiry. Paid subscription credits arrive only after a verified paid invoice, expire at that period’s end, and do not roll over. The earliest expiring credits are used first. Balance does not grant permanent subscription or premium status.
Top-ups require an active paid subscription at checkout. Canceling renewal keeps paid-period access through its end; previously purchased credits remain usable for the basic specification afterward. Failed renewal grants no new period and does not erase purchased balance. Manage cancellation from My credits.
Before you purchase
Processing is not a failure: return to the same task. A confirmed technical failure returns eligible credits once, to their original still-valid source; expired cycle credits are not revived. An unsatisfactory completed result is not automatically a technical failure. A retry or a fresh render needs a new quote and confirmation.
If payment has not arrived, the page waits for the verified order and grant record. A success parameter in a URL cannot grant credits. Check your orders before starting another checkout.
Account credit returns are not cash refunds. Hotel Lobby AI is operated by Nitor; support is at support@hotellobbyai.me. Only completely unused orders may qualify for our voluntary refund policy within 14 days of payment; partially used orders do not. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
