Terms of Use

Hotel Lobby AI is an independent creative tool operated by Nitor as an individual. These terms govern account use, AI generation and purchases. Contact support@hotellobbyai.me or use Support tickets.

Your photos and permissions

Only upload images you own or have permission to process for the intended depiction. Obtain the subject’s permission where required, including appropriate guardian permission for a child’s image. Permission to store a photo is not automatically permission to generate or publicly market a depiction of the person in it.

You remain responsible for rights in your source material and in any audio or other content added after download. The application does not grant rights to the original COLORS performance, the song or any artist’s likeness. Do not upload protected recordings just because another social-media post used them.

Prohibited uses

The acceptable use policy applies to uploaded photos, template media, generation instructions and results, including pornography, violence, hate, child exploitation, deceptive impersonation and infringement. It explains content reports and available enforcement measures.

Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, misleading endorsements, unlawful activity or infringement. Do not upload another person’s photos without appropriate permission. Sexual depictions of real people, inappropriate content involving minors, and other exploitative or illegal material are prohibited. Do not evade verification, quotas, access controls or account restrictions.

The service can reject content or pause generation for safety, technical or abuse-prevention reasons. A content rejection is not proof that an upload was otherwise authorized. Do not present a generated performance as authentic footage of someone who did not perform it.

Generation and availability

AI output can alter identity, clothing, anatomy, framing or motion. A successful technical task is not a guarantee that you will like its visual quality. Inspect the complete result before sharing. Standard videos are available in 5- and 10-second lengths. HD and 15-second output are not available yet. Current models and providers are disclosed on About.

The template uses a vertical scene and a motion reference. Available video duration, quality and credit cost must be displayed before submission; unverified options are not promised. A local mock image or video tests the interface and is explicitly labeled; it is not a real model-generated result for your photos.

The page reports stored task status. Closing a tab is not cancellation, and refreshing does not create a new paid job. A retry is a distinct attempt with its own credit check. Keep a creation’s access until it is claimed by your account, and save a ready file before its retention period ends.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Service provided as is

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hotel Lobby AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not give additional express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free availability. Statutory guarantees and any express commitments we make to you remain unaffected.

AI results and third-party services

AI-generated images and videos may be inaccurate, incomplete or different from your expectations. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, motion, artistic quality, commercial outcome or that an output is unique or free of third-party rights. Generation times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery times; model queues, failures or interruptions at fal, Higgsfield or other disclosed providers may affect availability. You must review the complete output and obtain the necessary permissions before using or sharing it. These limitations do not remove our responsibility for our own acts or omissions where applicable law imposes that responsibility.

Limits on responsibility

Only to the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill. Where a limitation is lawful, our responsibility is limited to proven direct loss caused by our breach of these terms or other legal obligations. No additional monetary liability cap is set by these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies and rights under our refund policy take priority over the exclusions above. This section does not let us withhold a refund or compensation that applicable law requires.

Credits and payments

Pack names, prices and credit quantities appear on Pricing from the service’s authoritative catalog. Purchases are processed through Waffo Pancake; the checkout displays the selected price and any applicable taxes.

The server—not a URL success flag—determines whether an order has been paid and its credits granted. One-time packs remain the default. Monthly subscriptions and subscriber top-ups are listed in the catalog; subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Catalog purchase credits have no scheduled expiry; existing grants may follow their own recorded expiry conditions. The applicable terms must be displayed before a real purchase.

A charged video’s technical failure may return eligible credits once. That does not automatically refund money to a card or payment account. See the refund policy. Within 14 days of payment, only completely unused orders qualify for our voluntary cash-refund policy; partially used orders do not. Cancellation stops the next subscription renewal without automatically refunding a paid order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Requests go to our support address; approved cash refunds are processed through the payment provider.

Retention and deletion

Input assets expire after 24 hours and previews/videos after 7 days. Private access is checked on each request. Delete now removes access and triggers deletion handling; it does not recover or extend an expired result. See Privacy for the distinction between media, accounts and accounting records.

Independence and contact

Hotel Lobby AI is not affiliated with COLORS, Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, TikTok, Instagram, Higgsfield or CapCut. Product and artist names provide context, not an endorsement or license.

The operator is Nitor, an individual operating under the Hotel Lobby AI brand. Contact support@hotellobbyai.me; see the contact status for email testing status. These terms do not designate a governing law or exclusive dispute forum. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Cycle and cancellation rules

Paid cycle credits are granted only after a verified full-period invoice and expire at period end without rollover. Earliest-expiring lots are consumed first. Canceling renewal retains the already-paid period; purchased credits remain afterward. Failed renewal grants no new cycle. Top-ups require a current paid subscription at checkout. Balance does not grant perpetual premium eligibility. Technical failure restores only still-valid source credits once; expired credits are not revived.
